DIRECTIONS
The Serola Gel Arc can be removed from it’s pocket in the armband and positioned in two ways for each arm. The concave side should always face the epicondyle. Each Gel Arc has flat side and a bar (ridge) side.
Decide which side of the Gel Arc you want to use: ridge side or the flat side.
Place armband just below elbow so that the concave (inside) of the gel arc faces the round bony knob at the elbow (epicondyle).
Tighten the armband firmly against relaxed arm. Avoid tightening enough to impede circulation. Additional tightening will occur as the muscles tense during activity.
UNIVERSAL FIT
One Size Fits All - left or right arm, lateral or epicondyle.
WASHING
Hand wash and air dry arm band and Gel Arc separately. Washing Gel Arc will return tackniess.
WARRANTY
Serola Biomechanics guarantees this product against faulty materials and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase. Product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Proof of purchase required.
CAUTION
Discoloration of the arm below the armband means that the armband is too tight. If pain does not improve or gets worse with use, discontinue use and see a doctor.
For more specific compression, place the Gel Arc in the pocket so that the ridge side faces the lettering such that the ridge side will go against the skin.
For more diffuse pressure, place the Gel Arc in the pocket with the flat side facing the lettering such that the flat side will go against the skin.
