Thoratrac
DIRECTIONS
1. Inflate Thoratrac fully and place it under your chest while lying face down. Move it slightly to affect the area in your back that is tightest.
2. If Thoratrac feels too hard, deflate to comfort. It is important to keep your head straight so that the vertebrae are not turned while they are being pushed back.
3. If comfort necessitates deflation to the point that more chest elevation is needed, an article such as a book may be placed under the Thoratrac. If your forehead does not reach the ground, you may place a rolled up towel or other article under your forehead.
CAUTIONS
· Go slowly. Changes should be subtle enough so that it may take 1-2 weeks for a noticeable difference to appear in your daily level of back pain or tension.
· Use for a maximum of five minutes a day. Overuse may lead to chest irritation and stress where the ribs meet the sternum.
· Thoratrac is not recommended for people with heart, artery, lung, or bone weakening conditions.
· If Thoratrac causes undue pain or discomfort when uses as directed, discontinue use and consult a doctor familiar with the spine.
